Floor repairs using OnSite

Recently our Remedial team have been using the OnSite programme to identify wooden floor repairs on a new apartment complex in Auckland. With the architects and owner defects marked out on ‘OnSite’ our Remedial team are now focusing on tight admin to help allocate costs and track the fast progress for the wooden floor repairs.

Filling the timber floor is the first process followed by specific wood stains, colours and suitable top coats making each floor repair unseen and literally you would never even know there would have been a wood repair performed.
